How to Cope with Bipolar Depression

Depression, when you live with bipolar disorder, can be debilitating. Bipolar depression comes out of nowhere and you feel lost in the dark, searching for ways to find the light again. There are a couple of small things we can do to help us cope with bipolar depression. Our mentality is essential, and in this video, I share how I deal with bipolar depression.

The ups and downs are manageable if we learn to work with these emotions instead of against them. I have found that taking on hobbies, reading and keeping my mind busy helps me to cope with bipolar depression.
