3 Ways to Be Grateful (That Don’t Involve Gratitude Lists)

Happy Thanksgiving!!

I’ve tried to make gratitude lists a bunch of times, but they always end up making me feel more stressed out (or pressured to feel grateful) than actually grateful. I always thought I was weird and probably should not admit that so people wouldn’t assume I’m a horrible, ungrateful person — but then I realized — I’m really not! I’m actually pretty happy! Turns out, there are lots of ways to be grateful and happy about your life. Here are a few I use and love!
