Clear out the debris: Today’s lesson: Engage in psychic cleansing. How much debris do you carry in your energy field? Debris is generated by irritation, stress, unfinished business, and mental and emotional toxins. It’s distracting and disempowering to the healing process. Your Goals: to release unnecessary thoughts and emotions. Worry and resentment are wasteful emotions. Focus on you and creating postie goal.

When do you know that a relationship is over? This is a question that plagues 90% of my relationship challenged clients. The answer is 42 (if you got that then you are a geek). Actually the answer is…that’s up to you . In my opinion. it’s when your relationship needs are no longer being met and your partner and you are no longer able to find a place where you maneuver to a world that they could be met. In other words, you’ve grown far apart that the distance is to vast to bridge.

Now for many, this distance can create a place of indifference which feels much like neutrality or a desert. For some it can feel like a war zone of scorched earth and for others it can simply feel like the comfort of and stinky old college sweat shirt.

In anticipation of our first Transitions meetup this week I was scanning the internet for various articles on how to overcome socially awkward situations and came across this blog. Women members of online dating portals receive an average of fifty to 200 queries from other members of the opposite sex. This means she’s just taking time going through all the queries she had received. You need to be a bit more patient. Have a proactive approach when it comes to online dating.
