Mark Jones has been associated with Harmony US since May of 2011. In
support of the Transition group, he has given a demo class in his sport
of choice; Olympic style sport Fencing. He has been a competitive fencer
since 1996, with over 45 medals to his credit. He coaches Foil fencing
at Tampa Fencing Academy, since 2002. Mark attributes his 3 times a week
practice to keeping him healthy. Fencing can increase your stamina,
it’s good cardio and enhances reflexes.
