Transitions
This group is designed to help those undergoing various life transitions. Whether clients are considering ending a relationship, exploring a new lifestyle or plunging into a new career, this group help to address all of the emotions surrounding these type of changes. In this group we address anxieties, grief, depression and various other feelings one may experience. This group is facilitated by a therapist and a coach and uses a variety of alternative methods to assist in growth.
Women in Transition
This group is designed to help women undergoing various life transitions. Acupuncture Wellness Group
This group is combines guided relaxation, coping skills training and auricular therapy to help you learn how to self sooth during times of crisis and become balanced energetically. This group is highly recommend for those with moderate anxiety and depression, those wanting to loose weight, those who are already receiving full acupuncture treatments, those looking for an acupuncture tune up, those who are quitting smoking or are in psycho-therapy. Clients will receive a psycho-education course combined with an auricular therapy treatment during the class.
Transitions Online Communities
This is an extension of the transitions group in the online format. We have developed a secret Facebook group which allows our out of state and international clients as well as our local clients to stay connected 24/7. There are regular group assignments and these groups are therapist and coach monitored. Participants must be current clients of HarmonyUs. There are several divisions of these groups including:

We also have developed a social networking site called The Nest which has a variety of online forums, blogs, chat, and resources which are available to HarmonyUs clients only.
Kids Transitions Group
This group is designed to help children between third and 5th grade cope with the varying feelings they may have during their parents divorce, loss of a parent or other major life transitions. This group is lead by both a peer and adult counselor. Kids will experience a broad range of art, athletic and psycho-educational activities during this group process.
Dating Workshop and Support Network
Dating int he 21st Century can be challenging and overwhelming. Whether you are new to the dating world or are a seasoned Veteran, this workshop and support group is the place for you. This group is run by a Dating and Relationship Coach and will focus on all kinds of dating options from online to offline. This group is both support and educationally oriented. Topics may include but are not limited to: online profiles, how to spot a dangerous lover, dating rules, flirting, etc.
Poly in Harmony
This is a community support group designed to offer resources, education, and support for those who identify themselves as polyamorous or are curious about exploring this lifestyle. This is a kink and GLBT open meeting. This support group is run by a therapist and a member of the poly community.
Women and Kink (WaK)
Women and Kink is a group for anyone who identifies themselves as female and is interested in learning more about the BDSM lifestyle. There are no titles here so protocols will not be in place. It is a safe environment for kink knowledgeable women to share their knowledge and experiences with new women coming into the scene. This group is both educational and support based. Periodic guest speakers, classes and workshops will also be a part of this group.
* These are private support groups that are available to HarmonyUs Clients, however you need to be referred to participate by one of our designated staff therapists. If you are not a current HarmonyUs Client, then an initial consultation is required at minimum for determination.
