Fitness and Recreation

When you work hard… you have to play hard!!!

Recreation is an essential part of your treatment plan and and an important tool for maintaining good health therefore we offer several opportunities for harmony clients to participate in recreational activities on all fitness levels throughout the month. These activities range from breathing and stretching classes to to advanced boot camp adventures.

HarmonyUs also has a sponsored running race team (Team Turtle Revolution) which is open to clients, staff and family members of all levels. Members have no requirements other than a desire to participate and to have a good time.

Exercise is excellent coping skill for stress and nutrition is a wonderful tool for naturally helping one balance hormones during times of increased anxiety and depression. The Harmony Wellness Coaches and Personal Trainers, Vickie McHugh and Melissa Trinidad, are a great component of your transitional support system.
