Dare to Be Creative: Think about all the creative ideas come to you in one day, How many do you dismiss as trivial or unproductive? Healing requires impractical and daring creativity. Your Goals: to observe how you respond to your own creative voice- are you reception or self critical? Remember that having a creative outlet is an excellent form of self soothing and often can be more therapeutic that talk therapy. Take one day out of this week and do something artistic, crafty, or creative.
